Responsibilities:
- Product Development Leadership: Act as the primary link between technical development and business goals to align objectives through well-defined features and user stories.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure transparency and clarity with all stakeholders, translating technical requirements and aligning them with business needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- User Story Creation: Convert customer requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Backlog Management: Construct and manage the product backlog, breaking down high-level epics into actionable stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Agile Process Execution: Lead Agile processes like sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups to foster continuous improvement.
- Release Planning & Support: Oversee release planning, monitor progress to meet deadlines, and collaborate with R&D teams on project estimates.
- Documentation & Technical Design: Document functional designs and technical specifications for complex features.
- Collaboration & Support: Dedicate 50% of your time to development teams, providing direction, removing roadblocks, and maintaining alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Extensive experience as a Product Owner, ideally in cybersecurity, encryption, or identity management, with proficiency in Lean Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PQC, cryptographic protocols, and identity management systems. A background in encryption technologies is advantageous.
- Industry Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CSPO, CSM, AWS, PMP are preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong capability to lead technical discussions and present complex concepts clearly.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing complex projects and resolving conflicts while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of PKI, encryption key lifecycle management, and secure communication protocols.
- Familiarity with DevOps and managing code through version control systems.
- Experience with compliance-focused product development (e.g., GDPR, data sovereignty).
