As an experienced Technical Product Owner, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that align with organizational goals and client expectations. This position is pivotal for bridging communication between client business analysts and technical delivery teams, ensuring that product development meets both business and technical objectives.
You will be based on-site at our customer’s premises in Riyadh, KSA, and the position requires fluency in both Arabic and English. Familiarity with the Golang framework is considered a strong asset.
Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Technical Direction: Collaborate with business owners to clarify technical aspects of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Change Requests (CRs). Ensure alignment of technical direction with business goals and manage technical risks.

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, act as a servant leader, and support Product Owners in defining and maintaining the technical backlog.

Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with the Oivan development team and external partners to ensure understanding of technical requirements. Participate in technical decision-making and planning.

Product Delivery & Quality Assurance: Ensure technical implementations meet acceptance criteria and quality standards, oversee deployment processes, and validate alignment with business objectives.

Resource and Stakeholder Management: Allocate resources effectively, coordinate with HR and stakeholders, and maintain clear communication regarding project progress and risks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical product ownership or technical project management in the software development or IT service industry.
- Proven ability to lead Agile software development teams.
- Strong command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, DevOps practices, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Golang, Ruby, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile credentials) are a plus.
