Technical Product Owners

Must Have Skills:

• Knowledge of the cargo domain
• Experience with cargo systems
• A flair for innovation with a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions
• Experience with both vendor and in-house systems is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for story content, acceptance criteria definition, and end story sign-off across team backlogs, ensuring preparedness for future PI’s, frequent refinement with the entire team, and prioritization in alignment with other backlogs.
• Ensure Technical Debt and Non-functional requirements are captured, refined, and prioritized across all sprints.
• Capture additional BAU, Ceremony, and Spike activities, incorporating them into team backlogs considering available capacity.
• Prepare contributions to PI demo with other Product Owners.
• Maintain quality and integrity of features within technical and team boundaries, identifying and communicating risks and dependencies back to the Product Portfolio backlog.
• Attend and contribute to key Product Management meetings, particularly PI Planning.
• Define metrics to measure success and performance of prioritized work, allowing for further BAU iterations to be proposed and prioritized based on available capacity.
• Participate in establishing and growing a community of Product Owners, promoting collaboration and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of Product Management Communities to drive efficient practices and empowered teams.
