Job Duties
Under direct supervision, you will:
- Provide specific multi-PSL job design, well support, and post-job analysis to customers in a designated area.
- Develop and maintain personal relationships with the technical customer base and provide highly technical support.
- Participate in critical jobs where service quality or job complexity may be an issue.
- Maintain job schedules and liaise with customers on technical issues, including performance reviews and process improvements to better support customer needs.
- Work with local Business Development personnel to ensure customers are updated on technology.
- Initiate, review, and close Correction, Prevention, Improvement (CPI) actions pertaining to Technology.
Qualifications
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering and/or a related field.
- Certification as a Professional Engineer is preferred.
- This is an entry-level position in a service center.
