As a Technical Program Management or Program Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding the core elements of project management—what needs to be done, how it will be implemented, and when it will occur. Your work will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of service delivery, ultimately adding value for our customers.

Role Description:

• Participate in an 18-month global development program designed for recent graduates to enhance their skills and kickstart their careers at Mastercard.
• Focus on planning, delivery, and continuous improvement in a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Need:

• Availability to start around March 3rd or September 1st, 2025.
• Final year Masters/Undergraduate student or a graduate no earlier than September 2024.
• Valid UAE visa.
• Studies in engineering management, information systems, finance, analytics, business, or a related field are preferred.
• Demonstrated independence, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proven experience in data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships and influence team dynamics effectively.
• A strong interest in technology with a data-driven perspective.
• Experience with agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
