The company Launch is an 18-month global development program providing recent graduates with opportunities and exposure. Participants will enhance their professional growth and skills in a global setting while launching their careers at the company.
As a Technical Program Management Analyst, you will:
- Work across teams to organize and accelerate delivery, ensuring all teams are delivering in a coordinated manner.
- Track and manage manifest definitions, release integration, timing, scope, and delivery.
- Provide ongoing updates (with data) on the state of delivery.
- Proactively manage all dependencies, ensuring all outputs are production ready at launch.
Requirements:
- Must be available to start from 1st September 2026.
- Must be a Final Year Undergraduate/Master's student or have graduated no earlier than September 2025.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- High-energy, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
