Technical Program Management Analyst I, Launch Graduate Program 2026

The company Launch is an 18-month global development program providing recent graduates with opportunities and exposure. Participants will enhance their professional growth and skills in a global setting while launching their careers at the company.

As a Technical Program Management Analyst, you will:

• Work across teams to organize and accelerate delivery, ensuring all teams are delivering in a coordinated manner.
• Track and manage manifest definitions, release integration, timing, scope, and delivery.
• Provide ongoing updates (with data) on the state of delivery.
• Proactively manage all dependencies, ensuring all outputs are production ready at launch.

Requirements:

• Must be available to start from 1st September 2026.
• Must be a Final Year Undergraduate/Master's student or have graduated no earlier than September 2025.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
• High-energy, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
