The company Launch program is an 18-month global development initiative providing recent graduates with opportunities and exposure to enhance their professional growth in a global setting and to launch their careers at the company.

As a Technical Program Management Analyst, you will:

  • Work across teams to organize and accelerate delivery, ensuring coordinated efforts.
  • Track and manage manifest definitions, release integration, timing, scope, and delivery.
  • Provide ongoing updates with data on the state of delivery.
  • Proactively manage all dependencies, ensuring all outputs are production-ready at launch.

Qualifications:

  • Available to start from 1st September 2026.
  • Final year undergraduate or master's students, or have graduated no earlier than September 2025.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  • High-energy, can-do attitude, with a very strong sense of ownership.

Language Requirements: (UAE Nationals preferred)
