We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) serves as the vital link between Engineering and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of projects. The TPM will manage cross-squad projects and operations to meet organizational goals while combining strategic oversight of technical initiatives with hands-on problem-solving to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage technical projects within Engineering and Data Science teams, setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring achievements within budget.
- Oversee the efficiency of executing technical operations.
- Lead integration of best practices into the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to relevant standards.
- Ensure products' compliance with industry regulations and conduct quality assessments.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for effective implementation of technical solutions across web applications and other digital assets.
- Manage relationships and communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Provide expert advice on technical issues and best practices to engineering and product teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical projects, ensuring proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in technical roles, with prior leadership or management experience.
- Proven expertise in software development principles, project management, and familiarity with common technical challenges and solutions.
- Deep knowledge of the Agile mindset and its related frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of leading complex technical initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in AI and machine learning technologies, data analytics, and programming languages (such as Python, GoLang), as well as tools (such as SQL and Tableau).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues to a diverse audience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
