Position

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Cloud Product Solutions Product Support Engineering team is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM). This role involves spearheading engagement, technical advisement, and relationship management with OCI’s Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy customers.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering services to customers while possessing a deep understanding of strategic business objectives. Customer TPMs must become trusted advisors, ensuring the consistency and quality of deliverables, helping customers deliver their IT strategy, overcoming challenges, and meeting business goals. The work is non-routine and complex, requiring the application of advanced technical and business skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with DRCC and Alloy customers by forming long-term connections with customer technical staff and senior management.
  • Display authority and a significant understanding of customers’ business strategies and industry drivers.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, product, engineering, and customers to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer communications and activities across Oracle lines of business.
  • Monitor, report, and communicate on complex projects to achieve contract margin and revenue objectives.
  • Coordinate OCI-wide responses for major incidents and manage communication and customer expectations.
  • Establish and maintain a program governance model with senior management and senior executive customers.
  • Perform proactive scope and risk management, lead complex account planning and reviews, and provide leadership in the development of new products, services, and processes.
  • Contribute to organizational process improvement and tool development at a regional level.
