About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join the customer-facing Engineering Program Management team. This role demands curiosity, drive, independence, and leadership, along with hands-on experience working directly with customers and managing projects for enterprise-grade software or enterprise-focused machine learning solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to shape operations, collaborate with leading minds in the LLM space, and work directly with Strategic Customers, Applied ML Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams. As the “technical” voice of our organization for customers, you will contribute significantly to our fast-growing company, product, and culture.

This role is open to candidates based in Dammam.
Key Responsibilities
As an Engineering Program Manager/Technical Program Manager, you will:
- Communicate: Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across the tech organization, teams, leadership, and strategic customers.
- Optimize: Break down complex issues into strategies while fostering collaboration and driving engineering alignment with product, business, and marketing.
- Plan: Create and manage program/project schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks, and ensure organizational alignment.
- Execute: Ensure on-time delivery, identify development needs, and establish checkpoints for status updates.
- Problem Solve: Proactively identify and resolve issues, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and prioritize impacts to schedule and product quality.
Qualifications
You may be a good fit if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in customer-facing technical delivery and operations focused on enterprise-grade AI software/solutions.
- Knowledge or experience with LLM training or optimization, which would be a key differentiator.
- A strong focus on problem-solving and a passion for making customers successful.
- Detail-oriented and extremely self-organized skills, with a knack for enabling teams and capturing detailed notes in technical meetings.
- A Bias for Action, demonstrating execution-focused tendencies and a commitment to getting things done.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to ship technical products or services to internal/external customers while independently tracking multiple work-streams across various time zones.
- Comfort in holding leaders and contributors accountable, being assertive yet diplomatic in follow-ups related to commitments and deadlines.
