Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications for supply chain optimization and automation.
- Build scalable backend services using modern technologies (Java, Python, Node.js, etc.) on the company infrastructure.
- Develop responsive, performant frontend applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and modern web technologies.
- Architect and implement data pipelines leveraging lakehouse architecture with Apache Iceberg.
- Work with large-scale data systems including the company Redshift, S3, and EMR to perform data mining and analysis for supply chain improvements.
- Develop and support scientific solutions with exemplary design, clarity, and extensibility.
- Innovate with the latest technology to build highly automated solutions for forecasting and supply chain automation.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions in the company production environment.
- Own the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment and operations.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to technical strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language (Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust).
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with modeling tools (R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy, etc.).
- Familiarity with company architecture.

- 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
