As a Technical Program Manager on the Supply Chain Automation team, you will design and build full-stack applications and data-intensive systems that power critical supply chain decisions. Your responsibilities will include working with massive datasets, developing science-based artifacts that impact the broader supply chain, and creating intuitive interfaces that enable operations teams to work smarter and faster.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Work Conditions: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications for supply chain optimization and automation.
  • Build scalable backend services using modern technologies (Java, Python, Node.js, etc.) on the company infrastructure.
  • Develop responsive, performant frontend applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and modern web technologies.
  • Architect and implement data pipelines leveraging lakehouse architecture with Apache Iceberg.
  • Work with large-scale data systems including the company Redshift, S3, and EMR to perform data mining and analysis for supply chain improvements.
  • Develop and support scientific solutions with exemplary design, clarity, and extensibility.
  • Innovate with the latest technology to build highly automated solutions for forecasting and supply chain automation.
  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions in the company production environment.
  • Own the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment and operations.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to technical strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 2+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • Experience programming with at least one modern language (Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust).
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with modeling tools (R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy, etc.).
  • Familiarity with company architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
