Responsibilities:
- Project Scope and Objectives: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; identify project dependencies and key milestones.
- Technical Problem Solving: Coordinate between teams to solve technical problems and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress and performance; prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Team Coordination and Task Management: Document all project tasks and ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks and avoid conflicts.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Qualifications:
- A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing technical projects in a software development environment.
- Experience with complex technical activities and managing stakeholder relationships.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Ability to understand technical issues and drive them to closure.
