We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to serve as the essential link between Engineering and cross-functional teams. The TPM will coordinate and manage cross-squad projects, ensuring seamless collaboration, timely delivery of high-quality products, and adherence to organizational standards. This role combines strategic oversight of technical initiatives with a hands-on approach to resolving complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage technical projects within Engineering and Data Science teams.
- Oversee project execution efficiency and manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Integrate best practices into the product development lifecycle and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Facilitate collaboration to implement technical solutions across digital assets.
- Maintain communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Provide expert advice on technical issues and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver regular updates and project status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles, with prior leadership or management experience.
- Proven expertise in software development principles and project management.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience with AI, machine learning technologies, data analytics, and programming languages (Python, GoLang).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
