We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team as a vital link between Engineering and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of projects. In this role, the Technical Program Manager will manage cross-squad projects and operations to meet the organization's goals, combining strategic oversight with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage technical projects within Engineering and Data Science teams, setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
- Oversee the efficiency of executing technical operations.
- Lead the integration of best practices into the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and industry regulations.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement technical solutions effectively across digital assets.
- Manage communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency on project status.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical projects, ensuring proactive risk management throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles, with leadership or management experience.
- Proven expertise in software development principles, project management, and familiarity with technical challenges and solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies with a successful track record of leading complex technical initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in AI and machine learning technologies, data analytics, and programming languages (such as Python, GoLang).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
