Technical Program Manager (TPM)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who is passionate about driving strategic projects across the large geography of MEA and helps customers in their Cloud & AI transformation on the company's Platform. This is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and the company, and assisting customers in leveraging their investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical and thought leadership across Solution Areas with demonstrated mastery of Infrastructure, AI Apps, Data and AI, and Security.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor to the Customer Success Leader.
• Engage with senior/executive levels (e.g., CTO, CIO) of large enterprise customers to help define their cloud and AI strategies.
• Accountable for driving consumption across multiple solution areas and strategic customers.
• Serve as a vocal leader and customer champion to elevate customer patterns, adoption issues, and accelerate resolution with corporate and product teams.
• Ensure quality assurance of architecture solutions E2E and act as the gatekeeper for architecture design with key customers to ensure alignment with best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND at least 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, software development/support, or consulting.
• Strong presence and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
