Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, focusing on cloud solutions. This includes identifying key areas for prioritizing projects and defining measurable success metrics.
- Project Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of cloud-powered projects, from ideation and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate relevant cloud technologies, including AI/ML services. Identify and recommend the best services to meet our specific needs.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to design and develop innovative automation solutions. This includes defining functional requirements, developing technical specifications, and overseeing the integration of new systems within the cloud ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Communicate project updates effectively and ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop automation capability. Provide guidance, support, and opportunities for growth, fostering expertise in cloud and relevant technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Implement changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging analytics tools.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external stakeholders, particularly those specializing in cloud integrations. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and implementing complex automation projects.
- Experience with cloud computing platform and its core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, particularly within the cloud ecosystem.
- Experience with cloud AI/ML services.
- Cloud Certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Machine Learning - Specialty).
Key Job Responsibilities

- Deliver Annual roadmap for complex projects that solve important challenges.
- Build AI/Automation capabilities to enhance support and scale program deliverables.
