The Technical Program Manager (TPM) plays a crucial role as the link between Engineering and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of projects. The TPM will work closely with engineering, product, and data science teams to manage cross-squad projects and operations, aligning with the organization’s goals. This role combines strategic oversight of technical initiatives with a hands-on approach to solving complex technical challenges, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage technical projects within Engineering and Data Science teams, setting timelines and allocating resources.
- Oversee the execution efficiency of technical operations.
- Lead the integration of best practices into the development lifecycle of products and applications.
- Ensure products comply with industry regulations and perform quality assessments.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for implementing technical solutions across web applications and digital assets.
- Manage relationships and communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Provide expert advice on technical issues and best practices to engineering and product teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles, with prior leadership or management experience.
- Proven expertise in software development principles and project management, with familiarity in common technical challenges and solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Proficient in project management tools and tools related to AI and machine learning technologies, data analytics, and programming languages (such as Python, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to a diverse audience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
