Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Delivery & Governance: Lead large-scale enterprise initiatives from inception to production rollout including scoping, technical readiness, testing (QA/UAT), and deployment for various platforms. Drive project governance through rigorous management of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), scope tracking, and change control documentation to ensure delivery predictability.

  • Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management: Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary Agile teams of 30-35+ members to ensure alignment across network, platform, and operations workstreams. Act as the primary integration point between internal teams (engineering, QA, security, release management) and external vendors, monitoring delivery milestones and acceptance criteria. Serve as the bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex technical statuses into concise executive dashboards and weekly status reports.

  • Technical & Process Optimization: Plan and execute weekly production releases across Pre-Production and Production environments, ensuring system stability and minimizing post-release incidents. Champion Agile best practices, leveraging tools such as JIRA for improved sprint planning efficiency and project visibility. Utilize Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for data analysis, translating raw data into actionable recommendations.

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Oversee system verification and validation (V&V) activities including performance testing, EMI/EMC compliance, and reliability assessments in regulated sectors. Develop and maintain risk mitigation plans and corrective action reports (CAPA/IR) to address compliance gaps and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of Project Management experience with a successful track record since May 2020. Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $5M to $200M.
  • Technical & Methodological Skills: Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and experience managing cross-functional hardware/software integration. Advanced proficiency in JIRA (Roadmap Plans, Dashboards), Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, and Power BI.
