The company Services team is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage services projects in the region from initiation through to delivery and closure. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and establishing appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria. Responsibilities include determining, monitoring, and reviewing all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk. You will help instill an organizational project management discipline and serve as an ambassador for project management fundamentals and methodologies within the company.

Work Conditions:
Full-time, Relocation to UAE is required; support will be provided for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Guide project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities with minimal direction.
- Handle project requirements, scope, and change management; ensure adherence to legally binding requirements.
- Facilitate the development of project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking.
- Work with management on project proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules.
- Establish metrics for measuring key project criteria and manage changes in operational plans.
- Participate in status review meetings and ensure timely submissions of weekly timesheets and timecards.
- Utilize specific industry and technical delivery methodologies, including PMI and PMP methods and the company’s services project management methodologies.
- Assist in training the project team on appropriate procedures and processes.
What You Will Bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in a project management role managing IT-based projects.
- Proven record of managing complex projects and multicultural or multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with cloud technologies, middleware, and open-source is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively across a diverse management team and internal partners.
- PMI and PMP certifications or a Master's degree in Project Management (MSPM) or equivalent certifications are a plus.
