Technical Project Manager

About the Job:

Penta Consulting is a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner, dedicated to delivering professional and managed solutions across EMEA. We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to support one of our key clients. This role is ideal for a project leader with a strong background in AI/ML delivery and a passion for driving enterprise Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI projects, from scoping to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with business, data science, and engineering teams to align goals and execution.
• Oversee AI solution design involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and multimodal AI.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and ensure delivery meets quality standards.
• Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and ethical standards.
• Support pre-sales and contribute to client proposals as needed.

Key Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of IT project management experience, with 3–5+ years in AI/ML-related projects.
• Proven experience delivering GenAI, LLM, or NLP-based solutions at scale.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with tools like Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and vector databases is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
• AI/ML certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP are preferred.
