Penta Consulting is a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner, dedicated to delivering professional and managed solutions across EMEA. We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to support one of our key clients. This role is ideal for a project leader with a strong background in AI/ML delivery and a passion for driving enterprise Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI projects, from scoping to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with business, data science, and engineering teams to align goals and execution.
- Oversee AI solution design involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and multimodal AI.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and ensure delivery meets quality standards.
- Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and ethical standards.
- Support pre-sales and contribute to client proposals as needed.
Key Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of IT project management experience, with 3–5+ years in AI/ML-related projects.
- Proven experience delivering GenAI, LLM, or NLP-based solutions at scale.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with tools like Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and vector databases is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
- AI/ML certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP are preferred.
