As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) at CENSUS, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing service delivery strategies aligned with the rigorous quality standards of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, scope, and planning technical activities to meet their needs (consulting, assessments, audits, and security architecture development).
- Decomposing high-level task and product descriptions into well-defined technical activities for the security engineering and consulting teams.
- Leading the technical team within the project scope.
- Documenting and presenting product security risks in both technical and business-oriented language.
- Conducting technical quality assurance and presenting deliverables to technical and business audiences.
- Building relationships with cross-client teams and partners.
- Driving continuous improvement of the technical quality of project deliverables.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and supporting business growth through effective communication of lessons learned and key success factors.

Minimum Qualifications:
- MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years in an application security-related role, including experience in engineering/development, assessment/consultancy, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in technical project management related to product or information security.
Key Skills & Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with security concepts, cryptography, and protocols across various application types (cloud, web, mobile, IoT/Embedded).
- Experience with application security architectures and relevant technologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages for mobile (Swift, Obj-C, Kotlin, Java, Dart), web (Java, Ruby, Rust, Go, Python, PHP, C#, Lua), and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity, and access management methods (OAuth, SSO, JWT, etc.).
- Experience with application security features and key management systems (Mobile Biometric, TPM, HSM).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
