Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, implementation, and daily management of projects, ensuring strict control over costs, staffing, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to facilitate communication and align internal resources for maximum project value and customer success.
- Collaborate with front-end business and pre-sales teams to provide technical support, guide client expectations, and define strategic directions for new projects.
- Analyze client organizational structures, decision-making processes, and digital maturity to develop and implement tailored delivery strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams and maintain close collaboration with client stakeholders to ensure successful and high-quality delivery of complex technical projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of professional experience in ToB (Enterprise) services.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the judgment and responsibility required to manage complex organizational challenges.
- Exceptional coordination and relationship-management skills with a proven ability to balance the interests of clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in overseas delivery within specialized industries, including Government (GovTech), Transportation, or Telecommunications (Carriers).
- Ability to quickly learn new industry business logics and adapt to changing digital transformation landscapes.
