Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and daily management of projects, ensuring control over costs, staffing, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and aligning internal resources for project success.
• Collaborate with front-end business and pre-sales teams for technical support and strategic direction of new projects.
• Analyze client organization structures and decision-making processes to create tailored delivery strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical projects.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of professional experience in ToB (Enterprise) services.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional coordination and relationship-management abilities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in overseas delivery within specialized industries such as Government, Transportation, or Telecommunications.
• Ability to adapt to evolving digital transformation landscapes.
