Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and daily management of projects, ensuring strict control over costs, staffing, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to facilitate communication and align internal resources to deliver maximum project value and customer success.
• Collaborate with front-end business and pre-sales teams to provide technical support, guide client expectations, and assist in defining the strategic direction of new projects.
• Analyze client organizational structures, decision-making processes, and digital maturity to formulate and execute tailored delivery strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex technical projects.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ToB (Enterprise) services.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the judgment and responsibility to manage complex organizational challenges.
• Exceptional coordination and relationship-management skills, with a proven ability to balance the interests of clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in overseas delivery within specialized industries such as Government (GovTech), Transportation, or Telecommunications (Carriers).
• Ability to rapidly master new industry business logics and adapt to evolving digital transformation landscapes.
