Technical Project Manager, BytePlus - Third-Party Associate

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (12 months)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of projects, ensuring control over costs, staffing, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and aligning internal resources for maximum project value and customer success.
• Collaborate with front-end business and pre-sales teams to provide technical support and assist in defining the strategic direction of new projects.
• Analyze client organizational structures and decision-making processes to formulate delivery strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical projects.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional coordination and relationship-management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in overseas delivery within specialized industries such as Government, Transportation, or Telecommunications.
• Ability to quickly master new industry business logics and adapt to evolving digital transformation landscapes.
