- Overview:
- A Ninja is part of the Builder.ai Delivery team, responsible for making the customer's dream and vision a software reality.
- The Technical Project Management team is responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer-facing mobile and web applications.
- Hands-on position involving release planning, functional and technical design, testing, working with key strategic partners, remote capacity, and more.
- Description:
- The Technical Project Manager will be involved in assembling project plans, giving teamwork assignments, identifying resource needs, and escalating any issues appropriately.
- Day-to-day management of projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to Builder delivery processes for consistent high-quality results.
- Recognizing and mitigating risk in the agreed delivery to the customer, managing and communicating any concerns to minimize impact.
- Identifying delivery process improvements and sharing with team members and leadership to drive continuous improvement across the Delivery Organization.

- Strong facilitation skills for leading and participating in requirements sessions, scrum meetings, progress and status meetings.
- Strong technical proficiency in mobile applications, web applications, systems integration, quality assurance, and product release and support requirements.
- Ability to develop project/product plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
- Cool, calm, collected, and collaborative, able to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
- Ability to shift between the "big picture" and crucial details, identifying issues, generating solutions, and choosing appropriate alternatives.
