Technical Project Manager

Our reinvigorated focus involves delivering the Kodiak platform, a leading push-to-talk (PTT) solution that facilitates mission-critical communications over cellular networks. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of the Kodiak software solution for a major mobile operator in Saudi Arabia. This role is vital in managing all project phases, including design, implementation, and testing, to ensure the deployment of a robust solution that meets client specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Project Leadership: Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all goals and deliverables are achieved. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders; communicate project status, risks, and dependencies. - Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and review solutions to ensure alignment with client needs and company standards. - Implementation Management: Coordinate engineering, deployment, and QA teams to navigate technical challenges. - Testing and QA: Oversee testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution performance. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed. - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and status reports. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical project management, focusing on software or telecommunications projects. Experience with Motorola Solutions' Kodiak platform is advantageous. - Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, system integration, testing methodologies, and familiarity with mobile telecommunications networks (e.g., LTE, 5G). - Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification required. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in English are essential; knowledge of Arabic is ideal. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to manage complex technical and logistical challenges. - Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Cultural Awareness: Experience working in the Middle East, especially in Saudi Arabia, is a plus.
