As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering implementation projects for our clients. You will work within a Delivery team, comprising engineers, analysts, data scientists, and architects, aiming for the best outcomes. The Project Management practice at the company provides a global network of project and program management professionals to support your career development.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the company projects, managing all aspects including risks, quality, costs, timelines, and scope.
- Drive successful project outcomes while managing commercial and financial elements, including contracts and client engagements.
- Coach and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Employ a high degree of autonomy, while knowing when to engage the wider the company organization for assistance.
- Develop strategies for effectively managing stakeholders from both the client and the company leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven project management professional with strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and ability to apply them across multiple teams and functions.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, either in consultancy or client-side environments.
- Background in delivering large, data-driven projects through the full software lifecycle with an understanding of the technical aspects influencing project outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent technical communication skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic at a fluent/native level is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and across the Gulf region as necessary.
