Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and scope technical activities.
- Decompose high-level tasks into well-defined technical activities that are assigned to security engineering and consulting teams.
- Lead the technical team within the scope of engagements.
- Document and present product security risks in both technical and business-oriented language.
- Conduct technical quality assurance and present deliverables to technical and business audiences.
- Build and develop relationships with cross-client teams and partners.
- Drive continuous improvement of the technical quality of project deliverables.
- Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to business growth by sharing lessons learned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in embedded or system-level software/firmware security.
- 2+ years of experience in technical project management related to product or information security.
Key Skills & Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Embedded Systems, Linux, or Real-Time Operating Systems security concepts.
- Familiarity with system security architecture and engaged technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Rust, or Assembly (ARM) relevant to system software.
- Knowledge of secure boot, firmware, software integrity, and cryptographic best practices.
- Experience in identifying and reporting security vulnerabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for security engineering deliverables.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
