As a Technical Project Manager, you will take charge of managing complex projects within a technical or defense-related industry. This Emirati Talent role requires you to lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, and communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline, and resource requirements. Develop detailed project plans aligned with business goals and monitor them in consultation with the technical team.
  • Budget Management: Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditures, report on budget variances, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and assess potential risks to project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to reduce project disruptions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Time Management: Monitor project schedules to ensure key milestones are met and adjust plans as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and facilitate continuous improvement through quality reviews.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate and manage internal and external resources to optimize usage and prevent bottlenecks.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify issues early, implement effective solutions, and manage conflicts among cross-functional teams.
  • Project Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk logs, and change requests.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
  • 7+ years of project management experience in a technical or defense-related industry.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.

  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead project teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with procurement and contract management processes.
