As a Technical Project Manager, you will support cross-functional engineering teams, specifically within Marketing and Growth, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Driving end-to-end execution of complex technical projects related to acquisition, engagement, and onboarding.
- Building and managing project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and release timelines.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams around strategic priorities and outcomes.
- Identifying dependencies, managing risks, and creatively solving problems to unblock teams.
- Facilitating standups, retrospectives, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Tracking KPIs and project health through metrics and dashboards, while iterating on reporting methods.
- Partnering with Engineering Managers, Compliance Leads, and Product Managers to align on project requirements and timelines.
- Communicating effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and actionable insights.
- Working closely with external vendors when necessary to ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Enhancing internal workflows through improved Atlassian workflows, automation, and consistent reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management in fast-paced software development environments; FinTech experience is a plus.
- Strong technical acumen, with experience in engineering, KYC, compliance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Suite products (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and other project management tools.
- Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply context-dependent approaches.
- Working knowledge of scripting is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear project plans and status updates.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of completing initiatives independently.
- Adaptable, curious, and eager to experiment in a dynamic industry.
- Strong discretion and sensitivity regarding data, particularly in security and compliance domains.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is expected, with an appreciation for a multilingual environment as employees speak over 50 languages.
