Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a proven track record in managing projects such as "Cognos Upgrade to IBM Analytics" and "Confluent Implementation." The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, which includes the following responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage stakeholders from various departments, manage expectations, and ensure effective collaboration.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams including developers, analysts, testers, and infrastructure specialists to ensure smooth project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the lifecycle to minimize impact.
• Quality Assurance: Implement effective quality assurance processes to meet established standards and collaborate with the QA team for testing and validation.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and track expenses while optimizing resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Project Reporting: Generate regular progress reports highlighting status, metrics, risks, and issues for stakeholders and senior management.
• Change Management: Manage project changes by assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring disruption is minimized.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 8 years specifically in project management/leadership roles.
