Your role will involve orchestrating technology initiatives with business feature deliveries, ensuring coordination among teams to balance tech and business priorities. You will facilitate and maintain documentation for different audiences, such as production support playbooks and API documentation, while improving the deployment workflow and knowledge discovery to empower the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in project and/or program management in a software applications environment.
- A deep understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
- Exposure to Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, with Scrum Master experience as a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to align diverse groups toward common goals.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP are preferred.
- Fluent in verbal and written English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a significant advantage.
