As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful end-to-end delivery of implementation projects to our clients. You will join a wider Delivery team consisting of engineers, analysts, data scientists, and architects focused on achieving the best outcomes for our clients. Joining the Project Management practice, a global network of project and programme management professionals, will support your career development and ensure you fulfill your potential. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most prestigious organizations globally, alongside our delivery partner network, which includes the big four consultancies and major systems integrators.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of the delivery of projects end-to-end, actively mitigating risks and issues, driving high standards of quality and best practice, and maintaining control of costs, timelines, and scope.
- Drive successful outcomes - delivering projects in the most optimal way that realizes maximum value to our clients.
- Manage the commercial and financial aspects of your projects, working with clients to agree contracts for professional services, using both Time and Materials (T&M) and Fixed Price constructs.
- Coach and mentor your technical teams to ensure they have the skills necessary to produce high-quality deliverables.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision, knowing when to engage the wider organization for support.
- Devise critical strategies to successfully manage project stakeholders from both the client and leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record as a project management professional with strong leadership skills and experience delivering complex projects with excellent outcomes.
- Expertise in project methodologies and approaches such as Agile, with an ability to apply these for maximum effect across teams and functions.
- Broad stakeholder management experience from either a consultancy or in-house client environment.
- Experience delivering large and complex data-driven projects throughout the software lifecycle.
- Good understanding of the technical aspects that impact project outcomes, capable of devising mitigation strategies for technical issues.
- Strong appreciation of business drivers, directing teams to focus on achieving project objectives.
- Adept at operating in complex, multi-team environments and influencing teams for best outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking ability to devise delivery solutions to client challenges.
- Proficient in technical communication with experience in fast-changing client environments.
- Excellent understanding of what constitutes a high-quality, operationally stable system, streamlining development, release, and operations.
- Self-starter with determination, initiative, and tenacity.
- Proficiency in speaking Arabic at a fluent/native level is mandatory.
- Comfort with travel within the UAE and across the Gulf region as needed for business engagements.
