Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining project plans based on requirements documents for fixed-cost or progressive projects.
- Managing scrum teams, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Following Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity.
- Reviewing sprint outcomes and following up on demos for various stakeholders.
- Ensuring efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders.
- Collaborating with business analysts to develop documentation and technical guides for end users.
- Promoting company and project standards in all deliverables.
- Preparing status reports and conducting regular project status meetings with team members.
- Communicating with other Technical Project Managers to ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in the Fintech Industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Delivery-oriented and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.
