Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of project delivery end-to-end, controlling all aspects including risks, quality, costs, timelines, and scope.
- Manage commercial and financial aspects of projects, agreeing on contracts for professional services.
- Coach and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work autonomously while knowing when to seek support from the wider organization.
- Devise strategies to effectively manage project stakeholders, both from the client and the company leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven project management professional with strong leadership skills and a successful track record of delivering complex projects.
- Expertise in project methodologies such as Agile, with the ability to apply them effectively across teams.
- Experience in stakeholder management within a consultancy or professional services context.
- Understanding of technical aspects that impact project outcomes, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in speaking Arabic at a fluent/native level is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and across the Gulf region as necessary.
