Key Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master:
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives with energy and focus.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure a sustainable pace of delivery.
- Work with the Product Owner to refine and maintain a healthy product backlog, ensuring user stories are clear and actionable.
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress through appropriate metrics.
As a Technical Project Manager:
- Lead the end-to-end project management for one or more cybersecurity product initiatives, from conception to deployment.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, especially those related to security requirements and compliance.
- Manage stakeholder communication across engineering, product management, security operations, and executive leadership.
- Coordinate dependencies between development teams and other internal or external groups.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in either Project Management or Scrum Master role within a software development environment.
- Proven experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and discuss software architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and development/DevOps tools.
- Demonstrable experience with project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Stack or similar) for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of risk management, dependency tracking, and resource allocation.
