We are seeking a versatile and high-performing Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead our software development projects. In this role, you will be the catalyst for delivering critical cybersecurity projects on time and with high quality. You will blend the structured planning and stakeholder management of a Project Manager with the agile facilitation and leadership of a Scrum Master. Your primary focus will be on guiding teams that build corporate and government-grade security products, ensuring our development process is as secure and resilient as the solutions we deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master:

  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives with energy and focus.
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure a sustainable pace of delivery.
  • Work with the Product Owner to refine and maintain a healthy product backlog, ensuring user stories are clear and actionable.
  • Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress through appropriate metrics.

As a Technical Project Manager:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management for one or more cybersecurity product initiatives, from conception to deployment.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, especially those related to security requirements and compliance.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across engineering, product management, security operations, and executive leadership.
  • Coordinate dependencies between development teams and other internal or external groups.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in either Project Management or Scrum Master role within a software development environment.
  • Proven experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and discuss software architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and development/DevOps tools.
  • Demonstrable experience with project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Stack or similar) for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of risk management, dependency tracking, and resource allocation.
