Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Work Conditions:

  • 12-month contract assignment managed by a third-party agency

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and daily management of projects, ensuring control over costs, staffing, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to facilitate communication and align internal resources to deliver maximum project value and customer success.
  • Collaborate with front-end business and pre-sales teams to provide technical support, guide client expectations, and assist in defining the strategic direction of new projects.
  • Analyze client organizational structures, decision-making processes, and digital maturity to formulate and execute tailored delivery strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of professional experience in ToB (Enterprise) services.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the judgment and responsibility to manage complex organizational challenges.
  • Exceptional coordination and relationship-management skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in overseas delivery within industries such as Government, Transportation, or Telecommunications.
  • Ability to rapidly master new industry business logics and adapt to evolving digital transformation landscapes.
