Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and guide development efforts on various projects. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and the CTO to ensure project success while also being hands-on as needed. A strong understanding of Node.js development and a proven track record of successful product launches are essential, along with the ability to adapt to a modular development pattern and utilize the Holepunch peer-to-peer stack.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, oversee, and plan daily development activities.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
• Guide the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues when needed.
• Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines.
• Drive improvements in processes and practices.
• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects.
• 2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js).
• Basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems is essential.
• Experience with Python, C++, and Rust is beneficial.
• Proven experience launching successful products.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and best development practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing developers of varying experience levels.
• Familiarity with modern development practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile methodologies.

• Proficiency in English is required.
