Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee technical projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects align with business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company objectives.
• Monitor project progress continuously, providing detailed scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with all personnel involved to encourage collaboration, identify problems, and implement solutions.
• Handle risk management and strategic planning effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

• Solid hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects effectively, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
