Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of project delivery, managing risks, quality standards, costs, timelines, and scope. - Drive successful project outcomes to maximize client value. - Manage commercial and financial aspects, including contract negotiations for professional services. - Coach and mentor technical teams to produce high-quality deliverables. - Operate with autonomy while knowing when to engage other teams for support. - Devise strategies for effective stakeholder management.
What You Bring: - Proven experience as a project management professional with a track record of delivering complex projects. - Expertise in project methodologies, particularly Agile, and their application across multiple teams. - Experience managing stakeholders from consultancy or client-side environments. - Background in delivering large, data-driven projects through the full software lifecycle. - Understanding of technical aspects affecting project outcomes and strategies to mitigate issues. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proven ability to operate in complex multi-team environments.
Language Requirements: - Proficiency in Arabic at a fluent/native level is mandatory.
Additional Requirements: - Willingness to travel within the UAE and across the Gulf region as needed for client engagements.
