Technical Quality Manager / Success Plan Manager

About the Role
As a Technical Quality Engineer / Success Plan Manager (TQM/SPM), you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point for customers. Leveraging your deep expertise in complex transformations, you will help customers enhance their operations and drive sustainable business improvement. Your responsibilities will include assessing customer-related risks, adoption concerns, and delivery challenges to develop strategic mitigation approaches that ensure smooth delivery and high-quality service engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture executive-level customer relationships founded on trust and strategic value advisory.
• Establish, lead, and maintain governance cadence including Executive Steering Committees, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ongoing status and value reporting.
• Develop and implement comprehensive customer value advisory strategies that align customer needs with solution delivery, driving adoption and maximizing value realization throughout the customer journey.
• Drive measurable improvements in customer adoption rates through successful engagement strategies that enhance service delivery and reduce implementation risks.
• Demonstrate exceptional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities, utilizing excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer environments and achieve meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
We are seeking a professional with proven expertise in consulting, stakeholder management, and customer engagement, along with deep technical knowledge of solutions and a successful track record in driving measurable business outcomes.

• Proven ability to establish, lead, and maintain executive governance cadences including Executive Steering Committees and Quarterly Business Reviews. Demonstrated success in managing complex customer relationships and translating business requirements into strategic delivery outcomes.
• Deep technical expertise in at least one Functional or Technical domain (Technical Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, SuccessFactors, Integration Suite, BTP, Analytics, or Data Management). Ability to bridge business objectives with solution capabilities and provide trusted advisory support.
• Proven track record of driving customer adoption and value realization through strategic engagement strategies. Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementations, mitigate delivery risks, and deliver measurable improvements in customer outcomes. Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
