About the Role: Our Talent Acquisition team plays a crucial role in the development of the company. As a Technical Recruiter, you will ensure that engineering candidates have a fantastic experience throughout the hiring process. You will leverage your communication skills to execute effective hiring strategies and attract top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit exceptional talent for the company's growing teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Enhance interview processes to improve candidate experience and assessment quality.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through candidate interactions.
- Drive the offer process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in your recruitment field.
- Implement modern sourcing and recruiting methods.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter focusing on software engineering roles.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, while meeting timelines and KPIs.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Strong technical acumen.
- Quick learner adaptable to new domains.
- Solid organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- High ambition, self-motivation, and a passion for our vision.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, or fintech.
- Fluency in other languages.
