Position

The Technical Sales Consultant – AI & Analytics is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities related to the company's Intelligent solutions portfolio, which includes AI Readiness, Data Governance, Advanced Analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. This role focuses on engaging enterprise and government clients across the MENA region to address business challenges and position AI and analytics solutions that deliver measurable outcomes, such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, and risk reduction. Collaborating closely with Account Managers, presales specialists, and partner ecosystems, the Technical Sales Consultant owns pipeline development, deal progression, and successful closure of AI-related opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of the company's AI and Analytics solutions across enterprise and government sectors.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities related to AI, advanced analytics, and data platforms.
  • Own and manage a qualified pipeline of AI-related opportunities across the company's operating markets.
  • Develop account strategies in collaboration with Account Managers to expand AI adoption within existing clients.
  • Lead client engagements to understand business challenges and align AI solutions with strategic priorities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and lead deal closure in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively generate pipeline through client engagement, partner collaboration, and market outreach.
  • Lead discovery sessions with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify AI and analytics opportunities.
  • Apply structured qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, BANT) to assess deal viability and prioritize opportunities.
  • Track and manage opportunities through the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide pipeline visibility and sales performance insights to sales leadership.
  • Position the company's AI and analytics offerings including AI Readiness & Data Governance, Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning, Generative AI solutions, and Agentic AI systems.
  • Translate complex AI and data platform capabilities into clear business outcomes and ROI-driven value propositions.
  • Lead executive-level presentations, value-based sales discussions, and business case development.
  • Collaborate with hyperscaler partners including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and Dataiku to develop joint opportunities.
  • Engage with partner sales teams to drive co-selling motions and joint pipeline generation.
  • Leverage partner programs and incentives to accelerate customer adoption of AI solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, executive briefings, and customer workshops focused on AI and digital transformation.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives that position the company as a regional leader in AI and analytics solutions.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, competitive offerings, and market trends across the MENA region.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, solution sales, or business development roles.
  • At least 3 years focused on selling AI, analytics, data, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of closing complex technology deals ranging from $100K to $1M+.
  • Strong experience engaging C-level and senior business stakeholders in consultative sales discussions.
  • Ability to translate technical AI and analytics concepts into clear business value and ROI narratives.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working across MENA markets and understanding regional business dynamics.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is highly desirable).
