Technical Sales Engineer

About the Role
The Technical Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in defining and promoting the company products, identifying future needs, and applying solutions in new applications. You will sell the company products and services through engineered, value-based solutions that demonstrate our value to customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, lasting technical relationships, guided by a strong understanding of customer situations.
• Protect facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to your area from damage, theft, or misuse.
• Connect customer ideas with the product development organization to predict future applications and products.
• Discover opportunities and add value to customer operations, proving differentiation through a proactive sales approach.
• Offer value-added services (e.g., string design, running services, inspection) as an empowered member of the customer team.
• Assist the team and lead the customer investigation and claims management process as necessary.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Contribute to writing company objectives on how the company can better serve customers.
• Participate in setting and reviewing customer-specific sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with the company policies, procedures, and management standards, while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
