You will be accountable for supporting a cybersecurity business portfolio with an annual commercial target of Multi Million USD, focusing on driving pipeline development, opportunity conversion, solution consulting, and technical customer engagement across the region. The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid}.
This role contributes to the {Digital} in automation business {IMEA}.
Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the IMEA technical authority for the company's OT Cybersecurity solution.
- Contributing to the software product roadmap and portfolio by suggesting new features, functionality, and variants.
- Managing end-to-end technical sales support to identify customer needs and develop, demonstrate, and articulate the features of digital solutions that meet those needs.
- Orchestrating all stages of the end-to-end customer lifecycle including digital opportunity identification and qualification, discovery and value engineering, solution blueprinting, point of contact/pilot, solution deployment, and post go-live operations/support.
- Driving consistent development of digital solutions and processes while ensuring client requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Developing qualified opportunity pipelines across Energy, Water, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, and Process Industries.

Qualifications For The Role
- Experience working with {IEC 62443} and the {cyber security} market.
- A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity related to industrial automation, OT cybersecurity, digital solutions, or related industrial technologies is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- A strong understanding of industrial control systems, DCS, PLC, SCADA, and OT environments.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country business development activities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work across cultures and multiple IMEA markets.
- A current valid UAE driving license is required.
