You will be accountable for a cybersecurity business portfolio targeting annual revenues in the multi-million USD range, driving pipeline development, opportunity conversion, solution consulting, and technical customer engagement across the region.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Acting as the IMEA technical authority for the company's OT Cybersecurity solutions.
- Contributing to the software product roadmap and portfolio by suggesting new features, functionality, and variants.
- Managing end-to-end technical sales support to identify customer needs and articulate how digital solutions meet those needs.
- Orchestrating all stages of the customer lifecycle, including digital opportunity identification, discovery, value engineering, solution blueprinting, pilot, deployment, and post go-live support.
- Driving consistent development of digital solutions and processes to ensure client requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Developing qualified opportunity pipelines across various industries, including Energy, Water, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, and Process Industries.

Qualifications for the Role
- Deep immersion in working with IEC 62443 and the cybersecurity market.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity within the context of industrial automation, OT cybersecurity, digital solutions, or related technologies is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and OT environments.
- Experience in supporting regional or multi-country business development initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work across cultures and multiple IMEA markets.
- A current valid driving license in the UAE is required.
