Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)

Work Conditions:

  • Language Requirements: Fluent/professional English and Arabic, written and spoken

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Technical Account Manager for assigned accounts.
  • Drive and support the acquisition of Cloud, Data, and AI projects in KSA.
  • Collaborate with key vendors (AWS, Microsoft, and GCP) and stay updated on technology enhancements and new strategies.
  • Lead the ongoing development, qualifications, and technical assessment of business opportunities.
  • Showcase Solution Demos aligned with customer needs.
  • Estimate project delivery efforts alongside the CSM teams.
  • Support and coach local partner/direct sellers and their teams in writing technical proposals.
  • Play an integral part of the delivery team under assigned accounts.

Your Competencies:

  • 8 years of experience in a similar role, with proven IT sales/pre-sales and consultancy experience.
  • Extensive technical knowledge within the IT ecosystem including applications, Cloud Hyperscalers, Security, Data & AI.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into value propositions.
  • Strong project and resource management skills.
  • Multi-cloud experience, focusing on AWS and GCP.
  • Experience in an international environment.
