Responsibilities
- Proactively own technical discussions with customers using consultative sales methodologies and technical expertise to influence customer vision.
- Build a technical strategy mapping agreed customer vision into a strategy and validating a strong business case for investment.
- Work with customers and partners to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation, guiding them to choose the best Microsoft Intelligent Data and Analytics platform.
- Design solutions using your technical knowledge to meet customer needs and drive POCs/Pilots to create momentum.
- Enable cross-team collaborations to drive AI Design Wins and support customer AI transformations.
- Identify new opportunities within customer engagement and partner with teams to pursue them.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customers’ pain points and designing solutions to address them.
- Maintain and grow expertise in database scenarios, analytics, and relevant AI technologies while keeping up to date with market trends.
Requirements
- 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises database infrastructures, architecture designs, and migrations.
- Experience creating Database, Analytics, and AI Proof of Concepts (PoC) that lead to production deployments.
- Experience leveraging partner solutions to solve customer needs and scale opportunities.
- Proficiency in hands-on programming languages (e.g., Scala, Python, SQL).
- Language proficiency in English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate).
- Knowledge of database platforms (AWS, GCP, MongoDB, Oracle) and analytics platforms (Snowflake, Azure Databricks).
- Deep domain knowledge in Databases, Analytics, and AI.
